Ingredient:

Rice, Mung beans, Red lentils, Khesari beans, Salt, Cumin, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Coriander, Cardamom, Red chili, Fennel, White pepper, Bay leaves. 

Direction to Cook:

• Clean rice and lentils with water first.
• Set them aside. 
• Heat a pan on the stove.
• Pour oil, butter.
• Add sliced onion, ginger, and garlic paste, khichuri mix masala.
• Stir them in mild heat for 3-4 minutes.
• Till the color of the spices becomes light brown.
